Yes. Unopened and unused supplies can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For safety reasons we can't accept fragrance oils or soap bases that have been opened. If something arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we'll replace it.

Natural soy wax flakes are the easiest place to start. They melt at a low temperature, clean up with warm soapy water and hold fragrance well. Our team can recommend the right wick size for your container if you share its diameter.

All our melt-and-pour bases, micas and fragrance oils are cosmetic grade and suitable for skin use when used at the recommended percentages, which are printed on every product page and label. Always patch test your finished soap.
